This is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to assist with estate planning. It has separate worksheets to list your accounts, utilities, and insurance policies. There are a couple of items worth noting:

  1. It lists who's insured by each policy and who owns each account because you should plan for both you and your partner. Seeing the data together might reveal some changes you should make right away such as adding one of your names to the other's accounts.
  2. There's a column for login IDs but not passwords. That's because I wouldn't advise leaving a list of usernames and passwords for your most important accounts in one place. It's better to let your partner know how to reset the passwords instead. For example, use a strong passphrase for your email account, share it with your partner, and be sure that email address is used for password resets on your financial accounts.
